What is the minimum number of guests required?
We cater to groups of all sizes. Most successful fundraiser nights generally host between 50 to 200 guests to maximize revenue and create a vibrant atmosphere for all players.
How long does a trivia fundraiser typically run?
A standard event runs for approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. This timeline includes the trivia rounds plus scheduled breaks for your raffles, lucky door, games, and live/silent auctions to boost your fundraising totals. Events with minimum fundraising will run for approximately 2-2.5hrs. Events with little to no fundraising are considered social events (rates apply)
What does the venue need to provide on the night?
To utilise our FREE Big Screen Trivia quiz, you'll need to provide a basic PA system with a microphone, a screen or projector if required. We provide all the questions, games, and the energy. TMA can provide simple audio equipment i.e. mic, speakers for non audio/visual events. Then all you need is tables/chairs for your guests, and any prizes that you want to give away.
